Really excellent stir fry chicken. There was enough for a second meal too. Good bread pudding as well. Parking was challenging.

We came for a late lunch after visiting the mission. I was surprised by how long it took to sit us and how long it took to get our food out to us despite how empty it was at 2 pm. When the food did arrive it was only fine. The turkey burger I ordered crumbled all over the plate and the bun was soggy. It was surprising because of how many good reviews the place had.

This little cozy spot is nice to come for brunch. A bit to over priced.. portions are small....

This spot knows how to treat their customers. Regularly with a very welcoming attitude. The food is reasonably priced, regularly yummy and neat.

Because of the great reviews on the Monte Cristo I just had to try it. My wife doesn't like these, but they are one of my favorite sandwiches. It did not disappoint! My wife ate the fish tacos, but grilled not battered. They were also very good. It was mid-week on a gloomy May day and not a lot of people here. We sat outside. Very nice waiter served us and did it very well. Very fresh food.

Try the blood orange margaritas and you have to have their signature dessert Coconut cake

A delightful local venue between the Mission at San Juan Cap and the Playhouse with plenty of parking. Hanging out with Peggi, my dear friend of 35+ years.

Nice and Roomy place with a wide variety on the menu and reasonable prices for the location. Great atmosphere and a good place to have dinner conversation without being too close to the next table. I liked it, and would definitely go back if I were in the area. It's also located right across the Capistrano mission.

Shrimp Scampi and margaritas FTW!. Great service. Always on top of their game and personable. Btw, server came out full drinks loaded on a tray and tripped over my hot girlfriends purse that was on the floor and the server didnt spill a drop. #pro

I was there Tuesday evening with a group for dinner for the first time. The wait staff was friendly, food was fair, coconut cake was delicious, huge portions, and the patio was quiet and lovely. The one thing that bugged me was that I asked that they skip the straws and was told that they are paper. I asked to skip the straws anyway, but we all had straws in our drink and when I ordered a cocktail, I got a PLASTIC straw in it. They also use styrofoam containers. I don't get how a restaurant so close to the beach is not doing the right thing. CA has a plastic straw ban, do we have to legislate everything so businesses do the right thing????

It was and has always been comfortable place to eat. This time there were just the three of us. We were not disappointed although it has been a while since we have been here!It's a good mix of patrons who frequent this establishment. There are those that are the regulars and the tourists. And, if the other waitresses are anything like what we had "she" would be a good reason return we would return!

Cedar Creek Inn is always a great place to eat. The food is delicious; the service us exemplary. If that's not enough, I enjoy the atmosphere. Mike at the bar and Hugo serving is exceptional!

Delicious as always! The holiday harvest pie ( cranberry cheesecake crumb pie on a cookie crust!) and the bread pudding ( we call it boozy bread pudding cause it has a bit of whiskey in it!) are to die for!

This is a wonderful spot to dine out on the patio or have a cozy drink at the bar. Its a must when visiting San Juan Capistrano.

Love Cedar Creek Inn! The Halibut Special tonight was delicious. Atmosphere was enjoyable and the Service was great too.

Everything was good, nice atmosphere, good food, good service, and a view of the mission, but the men's room had no baby changing station, which made things a bit awkward.
